All of our doctors are certified to diagnosis patients with glaucoma, macular degeneration, diabetes and other eye diseases. Our state of the art equipment provides all the medical testing to provide the doctors with the necessary information to prescribe treatment and management to all of our patients.
The doctors can fit the average patient for daily wear contacts to the multifocal, keratoconus and contacts for patients that have severe corneal issues and difficult prescription.

IN OFFICE LAB
Welcome to the only in office lab in the Bradford Area.
We have a wide variety of frames that range from Children’s, Men’s, Women’s, Unisex, Safety’s, Sport’s, and Sunglasses. We currently display over 1,500 frames. Our friendly Opticians will help you pick the perfect frame to fit all your optical needs.
Our in office lab will reduce the wait time for your glasses. Sometimes we are able to offer same day turn around time depending on your prescription, lens options, and insurance. Once your glasses are in, our opticians will adjust your glasses to make sure they fit properly.

Dr. Dan is the owner of Eye Care Professional Associates for 40 years. He graduated from the college of optometery in Memphis, Tennessee. He returned to Northwest Pennsylvania opened a practice in Warren Pa and extended his services to Bradford, Pa.
DR. LANDY O.D., F.A.O.
Dr. Delia Landy grew up in Chicago, IL. She graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Biology from Emory University and went on to earn her Doctor of Optometry degree from the Illinois College of Optometry graduating Cum Laude. After optometry school, Dr. Landy completed her residency in Ocular Disease at the White River Junction VA Medical Center in Vermont where she was trained in treating and managing dry eye, macular degeneration, glaucoma, diabetic retinopathy and various other corneal and retinal diseases. Dr. Landy enjoys giving comprehensive eye exams to the whole family which includes performing InfantSee exams, management of ocular disease, surgical co-management and fitting complex contact lenses.
Dr. Landy is the director of the Ocular Disease/Primary Care Optometry Residency Program and director of the Low Vision Program at the Erie VA Medical Center in Erie, PA. As an adjunct faculty member of the Pennsylvania College of Optometry at Salus University in Philadelphia, Dr. Landy plays an integral role in training future optometry students and residents.
Dr. Landy is a Fellow of the American Academy of Optometry, member of the American Optometric Association and the Pennsylvania Optometric Association.
Dr. Landy lives in Lakewood, NY with her husband, Mike, and three daughters, Emma, Riley and Kaylee.
DR. MAUTINO O.D.
Dr. Tyler Mautino grew up in Finleyville, PA, just south of Pittsburgh. He attended the University of Pittsburgh where he earned a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology. He received his Doctor of Optometry degree from Nova Southeastern University College of Optometry in Ft. Lauderdale, where he was recognized for his exceptional clinical care with the Jack Wolfe scholarship.
Dr. Mautino specializes in primary care optometry, dry eye management, macular degeneration, glaucoma and diabetic eye conditions. He is a member of the American Optometric Association, the Pennsylvania Optometric Association, the National Association of Veterans Affairs Optometrists, and is a graduate of Leadership Warren County.
Dr. Mautino and his wife Lindsey moved to Warren in 2015. They like to spend leisure time in their kayaks, hiking, camping, and travelling.
